Directions via Bolzano
Take the A22 Brenner motorway to the Bolzano Sud exit. Continue along the MeBo SS 38 expressway towards Merano, then onwards to Naturns. From the entrance to the village of Naturns, take the third exit from the roundabout and follow the main street for approx. 700 m. At the roundabout take the first exit and follow the road for approx. 230 metres. Turn right and follow St. Prokulus Strasse for approx. 230 metres. Turn right opposite the Hotel Belvedere and follow the road for approx. 260 m. Our farm is situated on the left-hand side. You have arrived!
Directions via the Reschen Pass
Via Landeck – Nauders on the Reschen Pass through the Vinschgau Valley (SS40 and SS38) as far as the village of Naturns. Before entering the village turn slightly right onto the main street. Follow this road for approx. 2 km. At the roundabout take the third exit and follow the road for approx. 230 metres. Turn right and follow St. Prokulus Strasse for approx. 230 metres. Turn right opposite the Hotel Belvedere and follow the road for approx. 260 m. Our farm is situated on the left-hand side. You have arrived!
Connectivity / Accessibility
Our Rautnerhof lies surrounded by orchards in Naturns in the lower Vinschgau Valley, just 14 kilometres from Merano. We have good links to the public transport network. The bus stop with connections to Merano, Schnals and Schlanders is just 15 minutes’ walk away. Naturns railway station can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The nearest shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, bank etc.) are located in the village centre, around 4 minutes away by car.

Information:
- Prices are per night for 2 people with a minimum stay of 5 nights.
- For every additional adult, we charge a supplement of €18.00 per night.
- For children up to 12 years of age we charge a supplement of €14.00 per night.
- Child discounts: up to 3 years of age free of charge
- Electricity, water, heating, parking space, TV, wireless internet and the final clean are included in the price.
- The apartment is available to you from 3pm on the day you arrive until 10 am on the day you leave (preferably Saturdays)
- Children and babies at the Rautnerhof: For our youngest guests we will be happy to provide a cot or high chair by request.
Local tourist tax:
- The local tax is payable upon departure and will be shown separately in your invoice.
- The local tax is €2.10 per person per day. Children and young people under 14 years of age are exempt from the tax.
Reservation details:
- For a binding reservation we request a deposit of 30% of the total price.
- The remaining amount can be transferred before you arrive, once you are here in cash (max. €999.99) or by credit card.
Cancellation terms:
As per the Italian Consumer Protection Code there is no right of withdrawal. Nevertheless, we allow the following cancellation terms.
- If you cancel up to 3 months before the start of your holiday, there will be no cancellation charge.
- Between 3 months and 1 month before the start of your holiday, we make a charge of 50% of the total agreed price for your stay.
- Less than 1 month before the start of your holiday, we will charge 80% of the total agreed price for your stay.
- Within the last 2 weeks before the start of your holiday, 100% of the total agreed price for your stay will be charged.
- In the case of late arrival or early departure, the agreed price for your stay will be charged in full.
Your attention is expressly drawn to the provisions of articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code, legislative decree 206/2005.
