Overview of services

There is free wireless internet in both apartments as well as the garden. The access details can be found in your apartment.

The final clean on departure is included in the price. If you would like your apartment cleaned during your stay, please let us know with plenty of notice. There will be a supplement for this service.

Towels and bed sheets can be changed upon request at any time free of charge. We are also happy to wash / dry any personal items of clothing (for a charge).

Vehicles can be parked directly in front of the farm under the pergola.

We offer our guests a lockable storage space for bicycles.

We ask that you leave your dog at home during your visit. We thank you for your understanding.

We hope you will understand that smoking is not permitted in our apartments.

The perfect start to the day? Our hearty breakfast that we can deliver to your apartment door between 8 and 10 am. Chock full of delights from our farm and from South Tyrol: look forward to our home-made fruit spreads^*, honey, eggs from our happy hens^*, milk, yoghurt, butter and cheese, South Tyrolean speciality sausages and crusty bread from our trusty baker. The breakfast baskets are available by request from Monday to Saturday for a charge.

We are available to order crispy, fresh bread for you in the morning from our trusted baker. A large selection awaits you: rolls, wholemeal rolls, mantovans and much more. We ask you to send us your order by 2 pm on the day before. We will deliver the bread directly to your apartment door (Monday to Saturday).

Let your senses roam free. Just do nothing for once or relax after an eventful day. In our carefully tended garden with its herb corner you’ll feel refreshed in no time. Enjoy the sun’s rays, chat with one another or put your feet up on a lounger, maybe read a book. The wonderful scents of the many herbs and flowers are a treat for the senses. You are welcome to taste the fresh herbs and use them for cooking.

You come back to your apartment after a fantastic day’s exploring. The mountain air has made you hungry, your tummy is rumbling. The warm summer temperature makes you want to enjoy the great outdoors. No problem! There is a little barbecue area in front of the terrace. By arrangement, you are welcome to use it for cooking.

Children love playing outside. The time flies by in the farm’s own playground with its many pieces of equipment. Dig in the sandpit, play on the seesaw or swoosh down the slide. Mum and Dad can keep a leisurely eye on everything from the lawn – or join in!

With outdoor pools, an indoor pool, water slides, rock face with waterfall and the kids’ pool, Naturns’ thermal baths are a highlight for mermaids (and mermen) of all ages. The beneficial and therapeutic effect of the thermal water can be enjoyed in the thermal jacuzzi, under the waterfall and in the cold bath.
